EmpowerHer Football: Safe Spaces

EmpowerHer Football provides free weekly football sessions for young women aged 18+ who are care experienced, LGBTQ+, or neurodivergent. The programme offers a consistent and inclusive environment where participants can build confidence, improve wellbeing, and form positive connections.

Sessions take place at Marlborough Sports Garden, 27 Union Street, London SE1 1SD, on a high quality 3G pitch. Each one hour, five a side session is supported by experienced coaches who encourage participation, teamwork, and personal growth.

EmpowerHer Football strengthens resilience and belonging through the power of sport, creating meaningful opportunities for young women to thrive.
