Fun, structured, and inclusive

Our SEN Sessions provide a fun, structured, and inclusive environment for young people aged 11 to 16 with special educational needs. Led by qualified and experienced coaches, these sessions are designed to support children with autism, learning difficulties, and a wide range of additional needs through movement, confidence building, and teamwork.

Each session includes boxing, kickboxing, and athletics, helping participants develop coordination, focus, and self-belief in a calm and supportive space. With smaller class sizes, every young person receives the attention they need to feel comfortable and encouraged.

Parents and carers are welcome to take part alongside their children, creating a shared experience that builds trust, connection, and confidence together.

Through the AQA Unit Award Scheme, participants can gain recognised certificates that celebrate their effort, progress, and personal growth.

Our programmes run during the school holidays, providing a consistent, supportive, and inclusive space where young people can stay active, make friends, and build confidence through movement. Each session is designed to promote physical health, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth while encouraging teamwork, resilience, and a positive mindset. Every participant is supported to reach their potential and leave with a real sense of achievement and pride in what they have accomplished.

All staff are DBS cleared, and fully trained in First Aid and Safeguarding, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for every child.

Empowering every child to move, grow, and shine at their own pace.
