Building Confidence, Focus and Future Goals Through Sport and Mentorship
The Midnight Train: Step Up Programme supports young people unlock their potential through boxing, kickboxing or fitness, guided by trusted mentors who care. Over six to twelve weeks, participants build discipline, self belief and the mindset to take their next steps with confidence.
We partner with schools, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), local authorities, and youth and care organisations to support students who need an extra boost, especially Tier 2 pupils who are beginning to disengage or face social and emotional challenges. Through movement and mentoring, they learn to focus their energy, manage challenges and set goals for education, training and life.
Learners can also earn AQA accreditation, gaining formal recognition for their progress and effort.
All training equipment is provided to ensure every young person can take part safely and confidently.
